IDEA Part C Annual Budget Calculator

Developed by CIFR, this calculator enables state lead agency (LA) staff to create a budget for the IDEA Part C annual grant application. State LA staff can also track expenditures through all phases of an award—the Grant Period, Tydings Period, and Liquidation Period.

  • Plan and develop a budget for the six categories in Section III of the next Part C grant application.
  • Record the sources of data for each budget category of the calculator.
  • Track expenditures for each budget line item to ensure funds are obligated and liquidated on time.
