IDEA Part B MOE Reduction/CEIS/CCEIS Edit Check and File-Building Tool

Get this resource

This tool was developed by the IDEA Data Center (IDC), in collaboration with CIFR, to help states prepare their Part B MOE, CEIS, and CCEIS data submission for EDPass. States can use the tool to identify potential data errors prior to submission and create EDPass files FS231 through FS238.

There are two additional Excel resources—the Data Converter and Data Template—to assist states with entering their data directly into the MOE Reduction/CEIS/CCEIS Edit Check and File-Building Tool.
