Collecting and Reporting the New Data Elements Related to the LEA MOE Provisions
This document discusses each of the four new data elements the Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP) has added to the LEA MOE reduction and coordinated early intervening services data collection. Developed by the IDEA Data Center and CIFR, the resource reviews each new element, identifies actions the state educational agency may take to respond to each of the four data elements, and provides additional support as states prepare to collect and submit these data.
