Clear fiscal procedures are critical to a well-functioning Part C system. CIFR invites Part C coordinators and state fiscal staff to an in-person workshop in Alameda, California, on crafting Part C fiscal procedures. This workshop will provide a structured framework for documenting processes that are both practical and comprehensive.
Participants will examine the intent and purpose behind fiscal procedures, explore their core components, and identify key design features such as roles and responsibilities, required documentation, timelines, decision points, and monitoring mechanisms.
