The Center for IDEA Fiscal Reporting is inviting states to attend a collaborative learning experience in Washington, DC, on August 26-27, 2025. This workshop will bring together state teams to solve IDEA fiscal challenges together. Working alongside technical assistance experts and colleagues from other states, participants will learn from one another and build skills for handling complex IDEA fiscal issues.
What You’ll Do at the Workshop
- Learn a framework for tackling problems
- Work together on challenges specific to your state
- Practice responding to local educational agency questions and building their capacity
- Review helpful resources from CIFR and other TA centers
- Network with colleagues from other states and TA staff
Who Should Participate
This workshop creates space for deep problem-solving and innovation in IDEA fiscal practices. State staff working on IDEA fiscal matters should attend. Due to limited space of 45 participants, please indicate your interest in attending here by June 20, 2025. CIFR will notify participants of approval by June 24.
Participant Costs
CIFR will cover all travel and lodging expenses for approved participants. After CIFR confirms your space at the workshop and your state authorizes travel, you will complete a registration form and receive a travel packet with additional details.
