Practice Guide Series: Prepare Written Procedures for MFS, LEA MOE, and Allocations of IDEA Part B Subgrants

October 30, 2018

Clear documentation of processes and procedures helps facilitate consistent practice over time, encourages communication among partners, and supports the reporting of valid and reliable IDEA fiscal data. A series of three CIFR practice guides provides recommended components of written procedures, questions to support their development, and sample language for states to adapt.
