The IDEA Part B Fiscal Timeline was updated to reflect changes to the liquidation timeline for federal awards and includes clarifications on excess cost and proportionate share. Its companion resource, Understanding the IDEA Part B State Grant Funding Cycle and Different Fiscal Years, was also updated and illustrates the various periods of the funding cycle across years.
